The setting of hotel was comfortable and excellent, excellent to the medical center. I randomly popped in Krispy Kreme serving some pastries, located relatively close to the venue, it was nice. I've had updated and great-sized room with microwave and 2 queen beds, for example.

Room cleanliness could use improvement, especially in bathrooms!!! The ice machines were either out of order or inconveniently located. The lobby temperature was uncomfortably warm!!!

We were in town for a family event, and I appreciated the convenient location near Founders Park and the library. The young lady at the front desk was good and made checking in a breeze. The breakfast selection was excellent, keeping us fueled for our busy days. I did notice the bathroom floor was a bit dirty, which detracted from the experience.
